    Cherries in beer

    I added about 2#s to a gallon of belgian blonde. They went into the secondary, should be bottling this weekend. I pitted them, froze them, tossed them in a chopper to get them mashed up and then dumped them in.

    Star Trek or Star Wars?

    About 10 years ago I would have voted Star Wars, but at this point I'm pulling for Star Trek. I enjoy the first 3 Star Wars movies (theatrical releases), but over all I really enjoy the original series, TNG and I've been digging Enterprise.
