    Do I need a fuse??

    The fuse is cheap and is designed to sacrifice itself to protect the pid. If you was to ever have a problem would you rather change the fuse or the pid. Either way will work fine.

    It depends, I don't smoke and it usually dont bother me, but I have been in places where smoke was lingering in the air and left. So i guess it depends on the hvac system is adequate.

    Some take longer to age, I recently had a brown I didnt care for until about 4 months in the keezer. After about 4 months I had a cup and said, "Hey this aint bad", the cat must've overheard me then, cuz she jumped up and turned the faucet on and let it all run out.

    Yuck!

    I've only brewed about 15 batches in the year I have been brewing. Having tasted all of them at each hydro sample, All tasted gross, or just plain bad. Not a one of them tasted anything like the finished product. A few weeks in the keg works miracles.

    I have the ts2-010, which I love, lol, on my keezer. It was cheaper but you need to order the probe which is about $6-12 extra. 52.50+($6 probe mine). Or the ts13010 which is $65 but it seems to come with a probe with 5 ft lead. Just be aware that when I ordered mine last year the web page...

    I need help on a temp controller

    There are an awful lot of temp controllers on ebay, so the question back to you is "Comparable to which controller?" I use the love TSS2-2100, from dwyer industries, could not tell if its comparable, but it does work.
