    Cold Crash Strait To Bottle???

if you have to move it, that act alone will suspend some yeast and will require letting it resettle (clear) which will then allow it to warm.

    23L of Malt vinegar

One of the major things I have learned from this site is to rdwhahb. I have had scum, floaties, oil slicks, chunks at the top and thruout the fementer when racking. I now rack to a keg and cold condition, then transfer out to a serving keg. I have only done about 20 batches in the last year...

As was said by Yuri-Rage in post 2. "Adjust the flow rate by limiting the flow on the outlet side with a valve."

    brewstand build question

one pump can do both, just have to move the lines is all, of course you can only do 1 at a time. I believe I saw one where the discharge was on a lid which made moving the discharge simple. A person then only had to mess with choosing the suction. Then there are others who hard piped...

    Tapped Keg

I brewed a beer I found out I didn't like...until after 4 months on tap. Either it kept getting better, or I got used to it.

    Thinking about trying all-grain brewing

i've only done 4 all grain batches since starting, I wish I had just jumped in earlier. It is not as hard or complicated as it seems, but it is a little more time consuming.

    Short vs. Long Boil experiment

i'm interested in the results also. Why boil for 90 or 60 minutes unless absolutely necessary.

Don’t fear the Starsan foam, a math explanation

So what if you left a quart in the fermenting bucket when you added the wort? Is the taste gonna be noticeable, or should the yeast process most of it?

problem boiling with new converted keg and sq14

Dont know the type, but so far I have found two reasons for my burners to have low output; 1 was the tank was almost empty, 2 had something to do with the regulator or opd device on the tank, I just shut everything off, then restarted and I had full 'roaring' flame again 3 haven't done it yet...

Help me make my mind up - Kegging

second the above, not a pita or much of a cost difference either. The only "extra" cost for doing it later is the cost of the picnic taps.
