    I am confused.... they are now $5995 brand new....... the new ones all come with Tri-Clamps too. I don't know why anyone would pay more for your used one.... I bought mine in December from Sabco for $5500 shipped.

    Clean your plate chiller!!!!

    I have never had any issues... I have never baked my Blichmann. I circulate boiling wort through the chiller for 5 minutes before I use the hose water to cool It down with my pump.There is no way that there could be any living bacteria after that. If there were beasties..... They are flushed...

    Oh Sorry, From the mash tun to the boil... there is a long stainless tube that goes 3/4 of the way down into the boil kettle. No splashing.

    I just checked and the max output of the March pump is 5.23psi so I don't think that there is really any worries with the silicone tubing exploding. Thanks guys!
