The Love TS2-10 is what I used. It works great, and if you purchase at www.dwyer-inst.com it's like 64 with the temp probe that is also sold at the site. If you have a black keezer, or will be making it black and wood, this is the way to go. Orlando

Just a follow up. I did spray the scissors. I do keep starsan in a spray bottle at all times, good to hear I am not the only one that always keeps it on hand and sprays the crap out of everything. The fermenting is looking good, it is bubbling very nicely, but it seems less violent then say...

You have to be fast and patient. Read every day, more then once a day, and pounce when you see what you want. All Craigslist are like that, nothing free or cheap lasts long at all. I got a good condition 15 cube for $75 after 2 months of looking every day, and it was worth every penny.

I agree, it is awesome, but, the problem comes when the one on the left goes for 20-25 bucks, the one in the middle goes for 100, and I can't even find any of the small one on the right. What would you get based on that? I would go for 5 5 gal cornys before I got one 3 gallon...and I actually...
