    Over carbonated my kegs

I went ahead and cut my CO2 off. At least until I know what to do. I brought it down to 10PSI to pour it and was gonna leave it but decided to cut it off for now.

    Over carbonated my kegs

Ok so I pushed about 30-35 PSI into my legs the last 48 hours. Turns out I shouldn't have waited that long! They are a tad over carbonated. What should I do to fix the problem? Thanks, Lorne

    Carbonating at 60-63F?

Copy that. I'll cut it back tonight as that's my 48 hour mark. Then go down to serving pressure?

    Carbonating at 60-63F?

Should I keep beer at 30PSI for 48-72 hours while at 40 degrees?

    Carbonating at 60-63F?

Beer is already chilled now at around 40 degrees. I chilled it when I started to carbonate it last night. Likely it's close to temp now. With that info, would you still wait until the 23? Thanks, Lorne

    Carbonating at 60-63F?

Hello there, I have a keg that has been aging sealed for a few months. I just kegged another keg and now starting to carbonate both. I have the PSI set to 34ish. Should I be concerned that they aren't chilled yet? My keezer had rust so I've been dremmeling the rust out and the recoated with...

I usually go 3-4 weeks. So I'll check gravity to know for sure. But it's not gonna hurt the flavor?

    NB Irish Red Fermentation tenperature?

Hello there, I brewed an Irish red from northern Brewer. It's been fermenting fine but it's hovering around 59-60 degrees. Is that too cold? It's in my basement. I will have a hard time finding a good spot upstairs because I have a 20 month old that thinks the air locks are his toys. Just...

Lines from Basement Keezer to Upstairs Bar

Hrmmm...I was hoping it wouldn't be a huge expense. Maybe I'll nix it for now. I can get the floor access and ready if I change my mind in the future. Thanks for the tips! I'll do some research before pulling the plug. Lorne

Lines from Basement Keezer to Upstairs Bar

Hello there, I am installing a new island in my kitchen (which will house our bar stuff) and would love to be able to put 1-2 beer lines from my basement below to upstairs. I am guessing it'll be somewhere in the ball park of 12'-15'. Is there anyone who has done something similar? My...

How to run long Keg Lines and keep cold?

Hello there, I am moving soon and I am going to be adding a kitchen island in the new place. With that said, it's almost directly above my kegging storage and kegerator. So I am VERY tempted to bring a coulpe lines up from the basement into my island to have a tap in the kitchen. Does...

How long can beer sit in my keg? I need to move in next couple weeks

I hear carbonating it when it's warm is risky? Do you have a chart I can use? If it's too risky, I don't mind carbonating it after it's chilled at the new place.
