DIY Whiskey Barrel stand w/barrel rotation wheels!?

I would build a frame or table that can support the filled weight then get 4 urethane stationary casters and mount them evenly spaced to support the barrel so that it can rotate on the casters. Similar to this drum enrober.

    Show us your home brewery/brewspace

Here are a few pictures of my home brewery. A lot of time and $$ have been put in to this brewery over many years. I'm pretty pleased with how its turned out I have 3 spike 30 gal custom kettles running on a custom built 60amp control panel. I use 2 elements in the hlt and 2 in the boil with a...

How much do you pay for a CO2 tank? Refill?

+1 for airgas. Should be available nationwide. They also told me all they sell is food grade now since they are the main supplier for most of the breweries in our area. I got them to price match another smaller supplier at $19 for a 20lb exchange. They will fill my tanks for the same price but I...

    Magnetic Pump From AliExpress...

I am currently running a chugger pre chiller and a mkii type post chiller for whirlpool. It works but not as well as I would like.. no issue with cavitation at all since the chugger is slightly higher gpm it pushes a little more than the mkii. Material below electric kettles?

I use large silicon drying mats between kettles and my stainless table. It was a huge noticable difference especially in the winter how much heat was lost to the table without them. Sure the table never felt more than slightly warm but it's a huge chunk of stainless so all the heat it sucked...

    Best pumps?

After a couple dozen more batches I would like to update, I have now gone back to chugger pumps on 2 of the 3 pumps on my system. I started having issues with one of the mkii pumps getting stuck and I would have to tap on it every time I started it. I know it was clean and clear. It does get a...

I have scored some pretty good deals over the years.. the ones I'm most proud of; True tdd-4 kegerator with 2 towers 6 faucets and couplers like new for $700.. I know that is a lot but not when you look at the price of a new one. Tons of corney kegs, I have 10-10 gallon cornies that I have paid...
