I am doing secondary in a keg right now because I am lazy. But i can only get the keg to seal under pressure. Right now its around 7-9 psi. Is that going to be okay for the beer?

isn't aluminum bad? Last time i was at walmart they had a 30qt turkey fryer set up for $36 but it had an aluminum pot.

I am leaving the world of extract and have a question.i have a 5 gallon mash ton and only a 5 gallon pot. Can i mash out 4.75 gallons and then add water to get 5 gallons after the boil? Does adding DME or LME help keep the proper final gravity? Thanks for the help

I just checked my tank this morning and the pressure was at 7 psi. it was set at 15 psi last night. Anyone know what is causing this?

If you have never used them, you must give them a try. The first beer i brewed had 3 grams of simcoe in it and it taste amazing.
