    I can only get containers from detergents and sanitizers. Floor detergent, Multi-surface detergent, Hydrogen Peroxide (35%) sanitizer and Oxonia Active acid sanitizer (peracetic acid + Hydrogen peroxide). Is any of them usable?

    Hi, I've brewed a beer 5 days ago and it has a smells that is close to champagne. I've used open fermentation on this one because my mother said it was the way beer was fermented 30 years ago here in portugal (azores). Does wild yeast has anything to do with that smell?
