    Brickwarmer Holiday Red Ale fermenting issue

    All is going well, the problem I was having was the seal on a new Airlock was not good. I replaced it with my old one and it's all doing fine. One week and the fermenting is still going but seems to be slowing down a little.

    Yesterday I found that the new Airlock I was using was not making a complete seal around the hole in the top of the fermenting bucket. Replaced it and it shows it working fine. Thanks for your previous input, I did open and look inside and it seemed to be fermenting fine and bubbling well...

    Brickwarmer Holiday Red Ale fermenting issue

    I am brewing the Brickwarmer Holiday Red Ale and noticed on day 3 now that not much activity is taking place in the fermentation. The airlock has moved very little. Today it's been even all day. Does this seem to be an issue or should I expect more activity in time?
