I agree there is a difference. I made a Two Hearted Ale clone with wlp001 (1056 equivalent)then harvested Bell's with noticable differences in the yeast character. Tropical fruit is much more prominent in the Bell's.
There is a lot going on there, I would keep the MO, black, chocolate, and Munich for malt. Hops don't look too far off. And I would use a yeast that has a higher attenuation or a blend of yeasts as stated before.

Well this sounds promising! it I tend to stay in the English styles so I thought that this yeast would force me out of my comfort zone. As of now I am leaning toward a dortmunder or a maibock.

What you have is the standard 9/16-18 B fittings used on a good portion of torch hoses. They come in 3/16'', just go to your welding supply shop and ask for one, Amazon doesn't have them in that size. You shouldn't need to change anything on the regulator.
