Use a hop bag. Screen into primary. Cold crash secondary. A product called super moss also helps with clarity.

Brewed this on 10/8/10. Just racked from secondary to keg and WOW this tastes good. It was 58 degrees and not carbed and it still tasted better than a chilled and carbed sierra nevada porter which i tried right after. :tank: Thanks for the great recipe!:mug:

Have you tried Nimbus lately? The beer has been horrible the past few months. The red isn't red and doesn't taste like the red has tasted the past 10+ years. The oatmeal stout i had 2 months ago tasted like burnt sunflower seeds. However, I will be checking in every once and a while to see if...
