    Auber Enclosure Grounding Post

Enclosure doors usually are grounded through the pivot pin or hinge anyways. Electrical code dictates the ground strap so as to be absolutly sure its firmly grounded.

    American IPA LushJuice IPA

I hope by lowering your OG you don't end up with an unbalanced beer. The beauty of the original recipe is that it's balanced, not to hoppy, sweet, malty or alcoholic. Notty or S04 should be fine

I think the only thing to do is go brew it.... now!!!

    American IPA LushJuice IPA

I haven't used 1318 but if it leaves a finished beer malty I would stay away. S04 should be fine as the beer should finish with a nuetral yeast flavour. My favorite now is WLP090.

Filled a purged keg - but I don't have any more gas line

It's always nice to have a spare C02 line for just this purpose. You can change to a double reg or change your manifold to a triple pretty easily. *Ok I think I assumed you don't have a third port but it seems you only need a third gas line which is on the way

    American IPA LushJuice IPA

I would think substituting magnum for columbus should be just fine. All the flavour/aroma comes from the Mosaic and Citra

    Tap system balancing?

There is so much more to it then just plain: set it at _____ temp to get what you want. How cold are your new taps? Generally they are warmer (and the hose leading out) then the actual beer and this will cause foam. Length and diameter of line + fridge temp make a big difference too. My...

You gotta stop sticking your armpits and ****s into the chilled wort before pitching yeast!

    Mash Tun choices

As you can see everyone does something a little different and it works for them, there are many ways to make wort. Myself, I started with BIAB but hated dealing with the bag, got ok but not great efficiency and very cloudy wort (not that cloudy wort is that bad). I changed to the round cooler...

    Tap system balancing?

Even if it flows nice and has a good head, I just hope you aren't overcarbing your beer at that pressure...

    Tap system balancing?

I have 11' of line at about the same temp and 12PSI and the carb/head level is great. Maybe try turning the pressure down a bit, not up?

I tend to scale back the IBU's for a lot of my beer now too but not for this one, it is balaced and not as bitter as you might think. IMO scale it back 10 IBU's only

Had my first bad brewing experience yesterday.

I find my refractometer always reads low when making beer and I think that it is because it isn't pure sucrose in the liquid. Using a hydrometer at the proper temps gets me much more accuracy
