    Exploring "no chill" brewing

I don't do this just to grow my yeast, I do this to save time and trouble, and yes over night yeast in a starter dose help. as soon as I pitch that starter I get a vigorous fermentation. Not sure why your doubting my process but I'm sure if you were to try it, you would learn.

    Exploring "no chill" brewing

I use 1 liter flasks, and 2 packs of dry yeast, I use my stir plate if using yeast culture. I add it the next morning when the wort cools down. By this time the yeast are healthy and ready to goto work. I hope this helps someone out.

    New to kegging...general questions

Yes, The corn sugar carbs the beer, but like I said I still purge the air out with my co2 tank and preasureize to about 12 psi, I just unhook my gas line and give it time. It saves me co2 and gives the beer time to condition over force carbonation. That's how I like to do it. but there isn't...

    New to kegging...general questions

I ferment for 14 days, then batch prime the keg with corn sugar, I do purge the air with co2 at about 12 psi, then I'll give it another 7 days to condition. All at room temperature. I have found that I save co2 this way and the beer gets a little while longer to come together.

Umm OK. Squatters seem to be dreamers and or story tellers. Even male dogs over 1 years old don't squat.

    Men who sit to pee

If ya'll want to sit down when you pee, that's fine with me. Just don't ask me for a tampon. In my mind men are supposed to stand. Its the whole male dominance roll as we are the fearless hunters and protectors of or family. Again, if you squat to pee, I don't care. But you look weak in my eyes.

1st Not so good beer batch. Need help!

The important thing about using dry yeast is to re-hydrate the yeast to begin with. If you just pitch the yeast dry your going to kill about half your yeast. The proper way is to add the yeast to about 2-3 oz of warm water and give it 15-30 minutes then pitch to wort. The sweet wort isn't good...
