Is there a good cap somewhere for a blowoff tube for a better bottle? I asked More beer and my LHBS and neither had a decent solution for that.

Why do people love the swing-tops? I happen to have a couple cases of them from coming back from Germany, but I just fail to see what makes them much different...it only takes a second to cap a beer and caps are cheap.... I dont know what the fuss it about.

I have a dual stage temp controller with a fridge hooked up to it at the normal plug, I was about to cold crash a couple carboys full of beer when I realized that the fridge still has an internal controller...how cold is the coldest setting on a fridge normally? How can I override that controller?
