    Dual Spires Black Lodge Ale

I tried one of these last night after 3 weeks in the bottle. Could still use a bit more aging as carbonation was not quite there but I really liked this beer. Still a bit lacking in maltyness and the body could be thicker for a dark beer but overall I was very happy and maybe the best gf beer...

    GF Fat Tire Clone Attempt

I can confirm that greens beer is 6-8 American dollars here in the states if you buy at a grocery store. I have seen it in bars for 10-15.....yes it's ridiculous. You can see why Homebrew is the best option for gluten free...for both cost and quality concerns.

Sam adams nobile pils gf style

How would it be to let the beer carbonate then cold condition? Or does it have to be done before carbonation to get the lagering effect....would adding any steeping grains add anything? I guess there is no way to duplicate the pilsner malt typically used I know Homebrewconnection in Colorado...

Sam adams nobile pils gf style

How long would you boil the rice before adding the rest of the water and do the normal boil? Also are you suggesting adding the sorghum at flameout? I am assuming the colder I can ferment this (staying within the s-05 range) the better. After bottling and carbonating would it make sense to...

Sam adams nobile pils gf style

    DFH Tweason'Ale recipe guesses?

Just tried one of these beers and was hopeful given the quality beers dog fish usually puts out but it was awful....I poured out most o the beer. I can't see how anyone would want to clone this beer....way worse than redbridge Very light no flavor at all and an awful after taste

    GF Fat Tire Clone Attempt

Curious to see how this turns out....may need to add some roasted grains, molasses or candy syrup to get the color right....every sorghum/brs beer I have brewed comes out a lighter color without adding something else
