    What are you drinking now?

    A Yeti Stout clone. Still keg conditioning but hit it with just enough CO2 to draw 1/2 pint and then cleared most of the head space to keep conditioning. Once of my best brews ever. Hope I can leave it alone until I drop the temp and carbonate properly in about a week.

    Off Flavor (Cant Pin Point)

    9 days into fermentation. Changed blow off tube to air lock - single bubble once every 5 seconds or so. Gravity dropped to 1.040 from 1.090 OG, but still getting a pronounced sour taste. No visible signs of infection. Never used US-04 before and dont believe I will use it again after reading...

    I brewed a Baltic Porter five (5) days ago. Air lock activity slowed significantly today so I took a sample to check gravity and taste. OG was 1.090 - gravity today was 1.057, but the flavor seemed way off. Very dry. Not completely green apple and not really puckering, but both sorta. Here...
