    so i brewed up a batch of Brewer's Best Kolsch last night, using WLP029 German Ale/ Kölsch Yeast... i've been doing a bit of reading and read that a Kolsch should be fermented at a lower temp... between 55-65. i currently have it @ 68. my questions are: would fermenting at such a lower temp...

    i would just use something around the house and measure it out so you know for sure... ie: a nalgene bottle or empty milk jugs.
