    whats in the pipeline for Christmas/seasonal brew?

    Im actually really really glad i only used half of the 4 oz bottle of blackberry exttact cuz it would have been to much it i used it all! I have a black IPA recipe i havnt done in a few years, thanks for bringing that up! I think ill brew that this weekend!!

    Blackberry extract in the keg?

    Anyone ever skip secondary and put the flavor extract strait in the keg, rack from primary, carb & serve? My porter is fermented down to 1.008 and tastes amazing! I have it cold crashing now cuz my kegs are dry and dont wanna wait another week.. Im thinking about just putting 2 ounces of this 4...

    Just stopped by my LHBS and picked up the beer gun! It came with the accessory kit and was cheaper than anywhere online! I cant wait to try this thing out!

    Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

    I use wlp001 or saf 05. Ferments down in about 5-7 days, cold crash for 48 hours, keg and force carb same day. 2 hours later i purge the keg, set to about 4-5 psi and serve! Its a very good brew!

    Wow! Thats cool. I used a home made CPBF before and the bottles only held for a few days, and a growler was flat by the last pour. Sounds like the beer gun is worth the money then. Thanks alot!

    Hey Ford, take time to brew it... Its worth the time for sure! I did about a month ago and its very drinkable right now after almost 2 weeks in the bottle, you wont regret it!! I cant wait to crack it open on Christmas eve!!

    Fermentation explosion

    Yeah when you asked if you should do anythibg or just let it go.. when this happened to me, i just plugged it back up and cleaned everything and let it go. Mine was a IIPA and turned out great. Just keep an eye on it, check the gravity in a few days or so and go from there.
