    How to sanitize a mango?

    You could heat up the mango in a pot of 160F water for 15 minutes and then adding a little bit of pectic enzyme in secondary to prevent haze from the pectins. or... soak the mango overnight in vodka. This is what I do for fruit additions.

    I'm not automated right now. My current system is basically a clone of jkarp's countertop brutus.     Another option would be to get steel square tube, then get it powdercoated/chromed/finished to match all other finishes in the bar.

    what sort of "modern" theme are you going with? I think 4301-CHP probably would look the best, but what about using an exotic wood blank. It would be basically like this Peroni tap handle.
