I prefer collar because: -lighter lid to lift when opening and closing for keg removal -if you ever want to just use the freezer as a freezer the lid will have no holes in it -cheaper than buying towers but its all personal preferance.

I see on the liqour barn website that Fff kegs are available. I sent an email to them but haven't received a response yet

Go with the 3 in shanks. Easier to get kegs in and out of keezer. I have the same freezer and the 3 in do not interfere at all

How much bourbon to add. I have oak cubes soaking in 6 oz of bourbon for the past 3weeks. Shall I add everything to secondary or just the cubes?
