Went to praxair and got 2 co2 and 1 beer gas Blend for $60 and no charge for a recert fee.

Was turned away from dressel since mine were not originally filled there. Was not very customer friendly in my opinion.

Only difference is that the regulator is a single port not double like in the pic. I can add the guinness keg couple (key) for another $50. Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

It can be used as beer gas after being carbed with co2. No fittings are included. Also would include shipping of sorts. I would have to look into shipping the tank cost. It's the Guinness faucet connected to stout faucet.
