    5 Gallon Igloo

I don't think it's too big for PM but it IS large enough to do AG with up to 15lbs of grain. Anything over 15lbs would be pushing it.

cheesfood's recipe calls for 4oz in the boil and then another 1cup during priming. I think I used half of this and could barely taste any sweetness at all (but still some). look for some "milk stout" or "cream stout" recipes to give some ideas for lactose as well. I'm not real familiar with...

Looking for a good stout recipe...

    SS False Bottoms

I'm glad you posted this as I may just stick with the braid. I did my first AG the other day using the SS braid and got zero grains coming through. Also, I only had to recirculate two quarts to get the wort to run clear for both the mash and sparge.

    selling homebrew

um...selling homebrew is illegal unless you have the proper licenses from state and federal agencies....then it's no longer called HOMEbrew! I'm sure there's a lot more red tape than that...basically you would be starting a brewery and I don't think that's what you had in mind!;)

Thanks for the input guys! I've heard people talk of beverage grade Co2, maybe this can solve the problem with possible contaminants! I found it on the Micromatic site.

    5 LB Co2 Tank

Since my search results excluded all words from "how long does a 5 lb co2 tank last" except for "long" and "tank"! How long does a 5lb co2 tank last for you guys? I can't decide whether or not to spend the extra $35 dollars for the 10LB tank. Thanks!
