Woohooo!!! Grain buy time! :mug: So quick recap, how does this work... do we get one invoice for everything (our own and each split)? And how long do we have to get the money from the splits from each person? Now I just need to order my grain mill (yes, kinda doing this back-ass words)...

Would love to try the beer, but mostly want the yeast. I have never traded on here but am willing to do PayPal or I-trade, whatever it takes to get this darn yeast strain. I'm an avid e-bay, craigslister, and amazon shopper, but can't seem to find that darn beer anywhere or if I do it's insane...

Okay...so we brewed this 3 weeks ago. Yeasterday we opened it up to check on it, add the spices, ect... and the gravity was 1.035. (Started at around 1.85). The taste on brew day was nice and sweet, but yeasterday it was slightly alcohol and bitter... 1. Shouldn't it have hit FG by now...

Do I swirl it back in before usin it in the starter? Or do I try to keep it out of the flask?

So I pressure canned some DME wort...and it looks normal on top, but chunks of stuff in the bottom? (Almost like chunky yeast)? Is it supposed to seperated like this? I used the right ratio of dme to water..

Same here...we meant to brew Sat...got busy and had to do it Sunday. Pumpkin was fine having been cooked day before. I still tossed it in the oven for a few to warm it up..

Also...looking at the list, if we end up getting people in on the C80 or C120...I would take 5 of each. Not sure if we will fill those though or not.

My pumking clone is fermenting away...damn lid on the bucket keeps bulging even though there is an airlock with blowoff tube attached... I have released CO2 at least 2 times a day the last 3 days! (I'm trying to prevent a "caboom!" But so trying to keep everything sanitary.
