What are your favorite commercial ciders?

This summer on a motorcycle tour around PA we tried "Jack's Hard Cider". I really liked it, not too sweet, no fake apple taste, not loaded with spices, it didn't have any grape or wine taste, just a clean hard apple cider. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars! Too bad you can't get it in New York. The...

    Wiring Fan...Can someone help me??

Not all are standard color codes but I hope this helps: The computer muffin fans with four wires are usually: black for ground, red for positive DC, yellow for the output tach from the fan and the blue is for a pulse width modulated signal to control its speed. So... most likely red to red...

    glacier hops, anyone use them?

I used them for bittering and for aroma. I really liked the raw Glacier hop pellets aroma. Even with dry hopping the Glacier hops, the beer had a smaller aroma than I had hoped for. But all in all the Glacier ale was still very nice.

Your cylinder of CO2 will read a lower PSI when chilled (Boyle's Law of saturated, pressure, temperture, contained). The change with your regulator getting chilled maybe the result of materials used in the regulator, rubber in the diaphram, type of spring, etc...

    EZ Cap Bottles

I use Kegs, EZ-Cap and other German flip lid bottles. Gave away all my regular bottles a couple years ago. +1 on the OEM gaskets lasting a long time. :-) +1 on the replacement gaskets that I bought do not last long. :-( If anyone finds the OEM gaskets for sale, please post!

    Apollo hops. For American styles.

The other night at a Nut Brown brew, I got to try an Apollo IPA that was just super. Calculated at 130 IBUs, niiiiice bitter, seemed citrusy Lemon, low after-taste.
