    Is it really that bad?

Count me one of those who actually like the bottling process. For me it gets me to play around with brew and it relax me. Using flip top bottles save lots of time! I can cap while filling my next bottle easily. I just got 2 kegs and 20# co2 tank the other month. While I plan to keg, I don't...

For me it's Jack Keller's Green Tomato wine recipe. This year I had alot of green tomatoes from my garden and I thought of using them this way instead here's the recipe: winemaking: Requested Recipe (Tomato Wines)

    Great storage/carrying/drying solution

my father owns a grocery store and just 2 weeks ago I asked him if it was okay to take milk crates. He checked with the milk man and he said they have tones of them and that I could take as many I wanted but just not 10 at the same time. So every week I take a couple home. Maybe the guy's...

    Cheap bottles

my advise as well! What I do is I give them folks 25c (instead of 10c) for nice and unusual bottles like blue wine bottle, champagne bottle, 1 gallon glass jug and kolsch style bottles. They save all the bottles that might interest me and each month I drop by and collect around 20 kolsch...

Hi, my name is Jamie, I'm from northern New-Brunswick, Canada. I've been making fruit wine for the past 3 years and now I want to start home brewing my own ale. My short term goal is to be able to brew good Belgian ale, most specifically something like Hoegaarden. If I could I would bath...
