I keep hearing people say they use a bucket but i've been plugging one side of the sink and filling it up with oxyclean and water to get the labels off bottles/clean whatever. Is there any reason i shouldn't do this? Could it be bad for the sink or something?

lol, kind of an evil question considering the forum. I'd probably pick Grolsch, it's not my favorite but i've never grown tired of it. Plus Swing top bottles are cool :P As far as brewing i wouldn't know.. i haven't made enough yet.
