    Table saw

Might not be the right place for this. looking to sell a table saw that has been sitting unused for 6 years. Started it up this weekend and it is in great working condition. I only used it twice. I figure that us home brewers are always building something. I am looking for $300 but am willing...

    Last brew day of 2015

I'm very curious on your APA recipe. I'm already planning my first brew of 2016 and am leaning towards an APA.

    Last brew day of 2015

I tried to brew right up to Christmas last year and it got way too hectic. This year I brewed 3 high gravity beers and am letting them all age in the secondary until New Year's Day

    Last brew day of 2015

With the holidays approaching 2015 is quickly coming to an end. I managed to sneak in one last brew day before the parties and shopping consume my weekends. I thought it would be cool if everyone shared their final brew of 2015, or what they plan on brewing. Maybe it will give some inspiration...

    New England Spiced Hard Sai-cer

I was also assuming that the fermentation will make some of the flavor dissipate. I have used cinnamon in beers before only to have it be almost non exist an in the final product.

    New England Spiced Hard Sai-cer

I am just starting to make more wines and cider, is nutrient something that you can have too much of? If so, what effect will it have on the finished product?

    Woke up to this mess!

I'm using dry s04, and I've never had it happen before with it. I've brewed this exact beer before in the same size fermenter without the blow off and I was fine. I just checked in on it and it overflowed the growler I had the blowoff in.

    Woke up to this mess!

The one with the blow off tube. I managed to sneak that on ASAP. I had about 1/4" of beer along the bottom.

I woke up this morning to this mess. This is half cleaned up already. I thought 1.5 gallons headspace was enough. Fml
