    Yeah, I should have noted that most decent LHBS carry it, a little goes a long way. I just picked AHB because they are my go-to for online orders, easy to show here on the forum. If you do order from them they sell in 1oz increments (just order 0 lbs and use the fractional amount).

    Please do keep updating! I have a project freezer sitting in the garage in a similar condition waiting for warmer weather so that I can start to tackle it's issues.

    I'll do that. Then give her a taste in another week or two. If it needs it, I might throw in an ounce of Goldings and dry hop it. I found some old notes and that seemed to be a nice addition to a bitter that I did before.

    Wow... now I'm feeling old (and I haven't even hit 40 yet!) Just kidding! That sounds like a plan. I'm going to set up the thermometers in various other locations in the house to see if I can find a "warmer" spot too. I do appreciate the help.

    Knocking down the FG should lessen the sugars and thus raise ABV if I remember correctly. What are your thoughts on balancing the flavors out? Rack to secondary and add hops, or bottle and let it mellow? Either way I'm good with waiting, I've just been blowing off the cobwebs trying to remember...

    Knew I was forgetting something. Temp has been pretty constant at abut 66F - digital thermometer (strip on fermenter reads 64/5F). Don't have a ferm chamber back up and running yet, so getting temps up might be difficult. I could get it off the floor and above the thermocline :)

    Okay just want to run this by you all and get some feedback. I’ve been out of brewing for some time, and now that SWMBO is being obeyed by someone else, I can get back to doing things I once enjoyed. I picked up a kit from my LHBS just to make things “easy” and flew by the seat of my pants...
