How do you interpret competition feedback?

Comp feedback can get - well subjective. You win some and you lose some. I've had good feedback and I've had feedback that was utter useless garbage (basically you can tell the style is not the judge's cup of tea). I really only heed the constructive feedback - where it seems the judge...

How do I ferment the most funky/estery/phenolicy beer possible ?

You can ferment Voss Kveik Hot for more orangish-marmalade. If you're not using Lacto bugs, you can hop to assist with your citrus/pineapple. Bretty can go funky barnyard.

    Styrian Goldings vs. EKG

I use Styrian for porters and stouts with great results - major fan of it with WLP026. I have used it as both main bittering and/opr aroma. EKG I use typically 30 min or less in the boil for bitters. EKG seems much more floral vs earthy I get from Styrians YMMV

    Anyone brewing all wheat beer?

I actually converted all of my 5g ball locks to fermentors. I bent the dip tube about 1" off the bottom of the keg and use a SS braided line as a filter pinched off over the dip tube. Spunding valves relieve pressure. I serve straight from these. Burst carb 30 PSI for 24 hours at serving temp...
