How quickly will light effect beer. I usually keep my fermenter covered and in a dark spot. Except when I am transfering to the secondary. Do I need to build a dark room to transfer my beer...just kidding. Just wondering how quickly light can effect the beer. Thanks

Thanks alot for the input. Yes, I was wondering if I needed to go to all the exepense of buying the stout faucet and extra bottle and gas. I will just dispense this batch with co2 and maybe santa will bring the faucet...never to old to believe in santa are we?

yea I checked the seal appears to be ok. Can't find any obvious gaps. Going to purchase some FRP panelling to place between door and seal to replace the original stuff that was on the door. Maybe that will give a little more insulating effect between styrofoam insulation and inside where its...
