I would be interested in the Spike 15g Kettle if you part out.

    DeBrewer's Home Brewery

I think just drooled a little bit... Great space DeBrewer! I would probably never come out of there, just slide me some food under that door.

Great idea for weldless. I'm looking to add a larger BK and retire my keggle. I have to use over 12 gallons to completely submerge my HERMS coil... and heating it to 165 degrees is incredibly time consuming especially when I only need 1/3 of that volume to Sparge with. Just weighing my options...

Swapped the casters for 4 inch ones. Rebuilt the gas system and added 2 banjo burners. Added control panel with BrewPi Spark on board and a Honeywell Smart Valve. With a new coat of paint it's come a long ways... do you ever stop working on your stand?

Tried out the BrewPi using it to heat 5 gallons of water with the Honeywell SmartValve. I did not recirculate at this time. I over shot by 3 degrees the first time and when it cooled and fired again, it overshot by 5. Progress.

Well I finally got everything ready to test out my pump... I got a lemon. After making sure the head was full of water, I turned it on and it just made a buzzing noise. No fan, no nothing. Called Chugger and we troubleshooted it but it was hopeless. Thanks to Bobby at Brew Hardware, I had a new...

The Powercon connections are great, they're smaller and more cost effective over the flanged outlets. When wiring you have to find female connectors smaller then 1/4" because the housing around the terminal is too small. RadioShack had some 3/16" that worked. I'm also using the Ethercon for my...

It's been awhile, but I've made progress. Got my Brewpi Spark and RPi a week ago and got the BrewPi Web interface functioning on the RPi. It will be amazing to see how Elco and team develop the Spark and software over the next few months. Glad to be a part of this! It's alive!

    List of PJ Electrical Diagrams

PJ your diagrams are a great resource. Thanks for all your hard work. If anybody could weigh in and help me out with my wiring schematic, I'd be thankful. I'm no electrician.

They are Temp probes from the BrewPi store, they're RJ11/12, but I hope to retrofit to RJ45 so they'll fit with my Panel Mounts. I went with the 10" 2 horizontal bends 1/2" OD x25FT, Fits perfectly in my Keggle.

Brewed my first porter last weekend

Brewed my first one in December, it was 3 weeks in the Keg before it started even tasting like a Porter (actually tasting like beer). So don't give up on it!

Been awhile, but I made some progress. Got my HERMS coil from Stainless Brewing, great product. Do NOT try to make one, let those guys make one for you. You won't be disappointed. Anyway drilled the holes for the coil in my HLT keggle so it's ready to be installed. Got my control panel ready...
