    Kegging, and help with hops....

Sounds like you have the kegging figured. Always open the picnic tap all the way. You should try hopping your serving vessel too. I usually suspend a hop bag with an ounce or so of Cascade or citra in my IPA keg till it's drained.

Turning on panel for first time , auberins dspr question

I'm firing up my new control panel for first time. First off, should the contactors make a buzzing sound when activated? Second after looking at the instructions for the auberins dspr boil controller it says the element won't be active unless there is a temp probe hooked up. Is that accurate...

I'm planning a 10 gallon batch of Tide Pod Stout ,but am not sure how many pods to use. I read other people have used 1 pod per gallon, but that seems high to me. Should I just drop the pods in the mash, boil or, dry pod the fermenter. Thanks

Ended up buying from bargain fittings, I believe they are 1" NPS nuts with gasket. Bought my 3 wire cord...

    Control Panel Advice Needed

I used his other e-book for the 30 amp 2 element build, and definitely helped to have all the info in one spot. Easy to follow diagrams split into different steps. seems as if that would be the one you want.the one you are looking at is for a single element. I bought a control box at auberins...
