Didn't want to start a new thread.... I happened to be in town tonight to catch an early flight in the morning, so I stopped here for a late dinner because it is about 10 minutes from my grandmother's house.... Had a great meal and 4-5 truly awesome beers. A bit disappointed the pale ale...

I had a Schlafly 2008 Imperial Stout today...it knocked my socks off. Thick, sweet and rich. Wonderful beer. It would be even better next year I think...might go pick up another.

I was thinking about this the other day: How many non beer snobs or non-knowing beer purchasers see SNCA in the store and think, "Oh cool, a nice spiced Christmas Ale....I'll pickup a 12 pack for our guests while they are here for Christmas." and then...that lucky Coors drinker finds the SNCA...
