I've never mixed it to bottle but I've used brown sugar straight up. It takes a little more to reach your CO2 volumes but its worked for me. I don't see any problems mixing it. Sugar is sugar to a point.

Confluence!!!!!!! It's my favorite. There Black IPA is fantastic. They don't serve food but you can bring it in. Exile brewing has food and they have more German beers.

Two questions: what was your mash temp? And for the dry hopping are you leaving them in or taking them out at each dry hop interval? Just getting into all grain and this looks right up my alley!
