    The way I like it..... hmmmm, the darker the better! (when I am not in my hop the **** out of it mode) I guess you can say I like the extremes, extreme hops, or extreme malt.

    Airlock Mistake

    I brewed a brown ale and had a similar experience. Except instead the pressure built up and blew the cap and the inner piece out onto the floor. Sat there over night fully exposed. But, luckily I tasted no ill effects. One of my more favorite brews I have made actually.
