    Getting drunk from home brew

    My last brew turned out to be somewhere areound 7%!! I am a pretty novice brewer myself, and I was expecting to be around 5-5.5%, and somehow my alcohol content jumped in the fermentor. Ah well, my buddies and I enjoyed it.
