    Yes! You can still use your juice. The campden tablet added after fermentation is to make sure all the yeast cells are killed and then you wont have bottle rockets. The campden tablets you added into your fresh apple cider is to kill off wild yeast. So your all good.

    I just let batch completely dry out which is all good. I am completely new to this ąnd was wondering how everyone goes about back sweetening there cider. I am planning on bottling within a little bit. Or wold it be better to leave it sit in the primary for a while after fermentation is done?

    Hey. I am totally going to try this! It is such a awesome ide! Just one question. Did you use cambden tablets when you added the must into the pumpkin? Or did you add it to the must 1-2 days earlier then add to the pumpkin.

    Hmm let me know how no sugar goes for you? I am really interested. I started my first two batchs today. I might do a one gallon batch without sugar. Would the yeast just use the natural sugars from the apples to ferment then?
