    American IPA Stone Ruination Clone

Racked just a couple hours ago. I got Centennials straight in the face the minute I opened the fermenter. Tried some brew and can agree with the poster above, I could drink a glass right out the primary! ( I actually did try a a bit from the hydro sample, amazing stuff). The brew is very...

Can you Brew It recipe for Stone Arrogant Bastard

I am very curious to see the results on this one. Roasted barely sounds like it might do the trick. Good luck with your brew and Happy brewing!

    American IPA Stone Ruination Clone

Its not always about the ABV mate, so dont worry about that. However, in a brew this hoppy you need that extra kick to balance out the hops. That said it may still come out just fine. Good luck with your brew and Happy Brewing.

Clone Beer Founder's Breakfast Stout Clone

Bottled my V.2 of the Founders Breakfast Stout, made a huge mistake and I think I over primed. I must have added double the dextrose during bottling. The best I can do now is pray for no bottle bombs and keep at my "celler" for as long as I can. Thankfully enough, that was only a small batch...

    American IPA Stone Ruination Clone

0.09%? thats pretty damn accurate. Mine is still in primary but cant wait to rack and dry hop the mother out of it. Good luck with your clone and Happy Brewing!

Can you Brew It recipe for Stone Arrogant Bastard

I am at a brew pause right now, haven't brewed since 2/22/12 when I made Ruination IPA. Thing is, my briess 50 pounder is running low and I gotta go get another one so i can do the "3 little bastards" project (Arrogant Bastard versions w/ C-150, or Extra Dark Crystal or Special B) That one will...

Can you Brew It recipe for Stone Arrogant Bastard

About the sharing, I know exactly what you mean. I just cant hide it when I am about to brew a beer and unfortunately when its ready a lot of it goes out the door. Happy brewing!

I would just make a starter mate. It ll save you the trouble of under pitching. Happy brewing.

    Stone XI Anniversary Clone

I set it back one week or so to make way for Ruination IPA clone (yes I have a very spot on recipe if you want it). As soon as I get the IPA out of the way - out of primary that it - I ll attempt the Sublimely Self Righteous. Have you made this one yet? If so please do tell how the slight...

Clone Beer Founder's Breakfast Stout Clone

Sounds good but how would the souring tie with the cocoa and coffee notes? Worth a try I think but only on a sample maybe a one gallon batch to begin with. Happy brewing.

    American IPA Stone Ruination Clone

Its probably worth the wait with the bigger brews but let us know how it has improved. Perhaps I too give it some extra time in the bottle if you notice much improvement.

Can you Brew It recipe for Stone Arrogant Bastard

I think you are spot on with the C-150. Maybe sth like 10-12% in the mash. Only one way to find out. Happy brewing everyone.

    American IPA Stone Ruination Clone

I used to get the carb problem every now and then so what I do now is condition at room temp 68-72 and then move to the "celler" (basement) for further conditioning. I feel that most my homebrews peak and level at about the 6 week mark but are fully drinkable even after 3 weeks. I hope this...

    American IPA Stone Ruination Clone

Made the Ruination-beast today, 1.068 OG. Was aiming for 1.070 but got a bit lower since I overshot my efficiency. Other than that, I can tell right now this is going to be a good one. Nice "proper" color for an IPA and amazing smell. I hope it dries out though, tried to mash low. We ll see. My...
