Try number two went much better. Sanded better, used way more flux, used propane and less direct heat. Cleaned up with a scotch brite pad and BKF. Tested and NO LEAKS!!!!!!!!!! During wet run.

The inlet and outlet are 1/2in NPT male. As far as footage of copper I have no idea. I'd say maybe 15-20ft of 3/8 copper for each coil, 3 coils, 40-60ft of copper would be my guess.

In a dual 120v build I did, I made the same mistake on aligning the elements. Not a huge issue, I just CAREFULLY added a slight bend to them then they both fit. Sorry just realized someone beat me to the comment.
