    I'm an IPA guy but I see where you are coming from. I think a lot of brews use similar hops, so, they are not always exciting. If you have't already, try these: dales pale ale by Oskar blues, troegs pale ale, or Sierra Nevadas pale ale. Those are the only three IPAs I'll buy at this point...

    Another newbie question about cooling temperatures

    Unfortunately, I've been tipsy enough not to care and added yeast up to 85. I don't recommend it , but, beer turned out great. Yeast are tough and hard to kill. But, I like to pitch at 70. Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

    I started doing 2 gal AG batches. I switched to 5 eventually bc so many ppl wanted my beer! Not sure how you guys brew with those kids! My wife and I just had our first. He's only two months, but man, he added an extra step to my brew day! Sent from my iPad using Home Brew
