A1 to A2 is your coil. If you look at the diagram you will see 11 and 12 touching. That is normaly closed. 14 is your normaly open contact.

MM2 Mill powered with Garage Door Opener?

As a former garage door tech I can tell you caps generally blow after years of use. I am unsure if running the motor longer will cause it to fail sooner or not.

Dos and don'ts for kegging cider

I use wine conditioner in my ciders,(invert sugar, ascorbic acid) and have never had a restarted fermentation after the cider was chilled down to 38 or so. That being said I have also been using ale yeast in my ciders for years.

It's Finally Done: My 10-tap Keezer!

So I just took a look at your freezer spec sheets holy cow you put a lot of work into this area. You should see if the AHA publications will make it into a book. I know at least three other home brewers that would buy it.

    wiring diagram question

I think you have the wrong contactor, but one that will work. According to the diagram neutral will be going back thru the contactor, instead take neutral back directly. Power in and out on the top two terminals(2&6). When the coil closes it will work like it should.

    wiring diagram question

I believe #2 and #3 will be fine.

    wiring diagram question

For #1 the way it is drawn is a jumper from 23 to 13. Take a small peice of wire and place it under the terminal with the power wire. Take the other end and place it under the other terminal.

    First cider try

I have three 4 gallon batches of ciders aging right now. They started at 1.056 and finished at .997 and .998 you are going to want to wait. It is alright to leave cider on its lees for a couple of weeks after fermentation finishes. I think that is when you get a mellowing of tartness. As to...
