You could start turbid mashing like some Belgian beers. You can have full body and very little extra carbs. Or even a "round robin" (heating 140 to 160 and back to 140) mash The cost is time on your brew day.

I know several people who add glycerin to beer. Winery's do it to add body/mouthfeel. Beer is more complex than wine but it will work the same way.

As an example I have 10' 3/16 lines in my kegerator and I generally serve at 12 to 14 psi. I have flow control taps to knock off a little bit of extra. But if I was to serve at 10psi I would only get a trickle. You just need longer hoses or smaller if hoses.

How long is your tap line, what size internal diameter?

I use only GP in my house IPA. It gives a grain/bready taste that I that I love.

It is not noticeably slower my double IPA came out tasting the same as always and I have two 4 day dry hops.

I bought a couple of jar adapters similar to this a couple months ago from Nor Cal to make the Westvleteren 12 clone. Glad to see it works as I have yet to brew said clone.:ban:
