    I'm going to buy some yeast for my wort, and I don't know which one to buy. Because it says that the final density is low with Brewferm and medium with Safale. Which one is the best for maximum ABV? Are beer density the same as gravity, Like I want to get low density to get highest amount of ABV?

    If I want to check the current gravity in my wort/beer during fermentation, is it okey to take a sample in a test jar(which is sanitized ofcourse) and check and then pour it back in? Is there a chance for it to be bad if you open the airlock or will it be totally fine? Don't really want to...

    It was the same for me, zero airlock bubbles lots of cake. Turned out great. Certainly for you too, so don't you worry mate ;)

    It was a hefeweizen Malt Base: 5 lbs Wheat Dry Malt Extract OR 6 lbs Wheat Liquid Malt Extract Specialty Grains: ½ lb Flaked Wheat, 1/2 lb Flaked OatsHops: 1 oz Hallertau Hop Pellets(bittering) Yeast: White Labs 300 Hefeweizen, Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan But I used brewferm light as malt extract
