    I've heard big breweries before they fill bottles with beer, they rinse bottles with water, but that doesn't kill bacteria necessarily. Thats the only step they take to clean bottles? What other technique breweries use to make sure product doesn't get infected?

    why the pressure on the keg keeps going down? I placed it at 30 psi, leave it at the fridge for 1 day and then when I checked it, it was at 20 psi, no leaks on keg!!! What happened? The beer absorbed co2 and lowered the pressure? I had to get it up 30 again yesterday!

    Ok, I think im a little confused, I thought that when you connect keg to regulator at for example 30 psi, it means that hes only maintaining a 30 psi pressure, hes not inyecting unless by some reason co2 escapes. Thats why I thought that I could let it overnight at 30 psi without regulator...

    I see... So the pressure doesnt need to be always at 30psi and the quantity I find it in charts, right? but how do I know if the product is ready for filling in bottles? After an hour or 2? how does the system of chilling the tank works? How does it keep the tank cooled. Let me know thanks man
