    I had a bubbler blow off a few months back and it had nothing on top for at least 24 to 36 hrs. I replaced it and had no problems at all the co2 on top kept out the bad o2.

    Crazy Fermentation

    I just sent the pale Ale to Secondary and it had no off flavors or smell. I checked the gravity and it was at 1.012 which means there was no problem with fermentation. Looks like all is well.:rockin:

    This brew without the 10l and wheat has turned out great. I went with the 570 Strong Ale Yeast . It came out alot like Duvel and is just in Secondary now. I will post a new recipe if anyone wants it. thanks for the Help.
