I would go with .5 @60, .5 @10, .5 @5, .5 @ 0, and 1.0 for dryhopping. That would be for 8 lbs of 2 row. I did a SMaSH like this with Columbus which turned out really good. More of an IPA with the earlier addition.

Start at about the 7 minute mark. Basically you hook up the gas line to the beer out post. Let it bubble, bleed it off, repeat. The video does a much better job at explaining it than that, but that is the gist of it.
