Thinking of picking up one (maybe two) of these Insignia 130 can beverage coolers to use for fermenting / lagering. Will need to bypass the internal thermostat and use an Inkbird controller. I looked around and can't find a schematic for it. Has anyone here managed to wire one of these up?

Made a ton of starters with ale yeast. First time doing a lager starter ( all my lagers have been 34/70 or Diamond ). Should lager starters be done at lager temps? Have a pack of Wyeast 2124 and trying to come up with a plan.
