    I am not a beer troll. I chase more info..So your total mash time is 120? Basicly drop one bag in ,then remove check temp mash water and drop next bag in..This why I love the chase, some golden beer mugs ,.thank you ,stay strong and brew on...What is your target abv with this ,my guess is 9- 10%

    this is the gas side on my keg ,see the groovy...groovy is gas connect ..the little guy is the poppet..gas is groovy gray...use the right size wrench to break free off keg then hand loosen...when done cleaning lube the black parts orings..put the poppet in and fun part here..slowly hand tighten...

    That is what i did for a long time ,now i just add the pump and run it 10 mins for each step..it is not the inside keg i also want the ball lock and tubes...i also can back flush these

    Ok thanks. The top was off but it was filled to brim..the flow rate was only that of the pump..6.5 gpm i agree with the skinny tubes.got any pictures on your method of cleaning your 16 kegs...do you use ball locks connections on the keg or some diy cip ball

    Texas Brewing in the garage during the summer

    You ever work in the heat in Texas ? Yes a swamp cooler is okay..or a wet wall is about the only way to Cool down.. but the ground water is the real problems 4 months ago,..hard to do with out ice.just saying it's a winter sports in Texas

    I heat my shop with wood stove..the picture you posted is of a Post and beam frame...a couple of ways to help . Frame a wall between the post..and install insulation .then water board purple...or you can build a room for brewing..mine is 5x12.. or you can spray foam the walls..ju ju saying that...

    I will leave the primary keg sit ,not moving at all.I will let it sit on the spund 1 -2 weeks as i am not in a hurry ..my think is it has 20 psi on it. ..on transfer day .I will hook up pinic (pluto) tap .It will pull up trub and yeast and beer ..It is the first time i will taste my beer...then...

    Carbonation via spunding

    This is 50liter keg,it is in the fisrt phase,which is why the gas line is the blow off to a water bucket. It will say on for about the first 12 then the spunding will go on at 20 psi...the keg only get 10-11 gallon out of the 13..if it is full to the top it will clog the ball locks and spunding
