I am going to brew a wheat beer with orange peel and Coriander. Should the Coriander be crushed or should I just add the seeds? Also if its a one hour boil when should the orange peel and coriander be added?

I want to brew a beer this up coming weekend for some friends that don't really like good beer. It's for a party we are having on May 17th so I only have 5 weeks. I keg all my beer but I was thinking I would bottle this one. What would you guys recommend?

A friend of my Dads just gave me 2 bottles of beer his Dad bottled in 1959. They look OK through the bottle but they do have some sediment in the bottom. Do you guys think there is anyway the beer is still good?

OK guys I would like to try brewing my first BIAB this weekend, All I have is a 30 quart pot but I would like to end up with about 5.5 gal of wort when I finish. I know I will have to add water. Can someone help my out with a IPA recipe. It would be great if I could finish with a 6% to 7% avb IPA

I have a 7.0 Magic Chef with 5 kegs, 3 ball locks on the bottom and 2 pin lock (converted to ball lock) on the hump. Actuality one on the hump and one hanging off the hump with a short piece of 4x4 under one side to keep it level.

Hey guys, my cousin that's in the Navy wants to start home brewing. Can anyone recommend a good home brew shop that will help him get started?

I just made my 2nd 2.5 gal batch using zatrains I used 2 cups of brown sugar and 3 cups of table sugar, one pack of champagne yest mixed in a half cup of warm water. I also used bottled water and it's freaking great.
